Quality Print Production

The official tournament Souvenir Program Book will be a high quality production, ensuring that it lasts and becomes a valued keep sake for participants, attendees and sponsors.

It will be approximately 80 pages, finished size is B5 Landscape (240mm W x 170mm H). It will be printed high quality, full colour digital throughout on high quality coated Satin paper. The cover will be printed on heavyweight 360gsm Artboard and will feature an all over Gloss Laminate/Cello-glaze. The book will be Perfect bound (Square spine), not stapled. Print run will be approximately 250 copies - pending final demand.

Artwork Requirements

File Formats Supported:

  • ‘Press Ready’ PDF is preferred.
  • EPS, InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop (CC2015 is OK), TIFF & JPEG (must be High Resolution).
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher will not be accepted (convert to 'Press Ready' PDF in CMYK colour format).
  • GIF, PNG files will NOT be accepted (any files grabbed from a webpage will also NOT be accepted).
  • Faxes, low resolution scans, or smart phone photos of business cards can not be used as finished artwork.

Images/Photos:

  • Any images/photos used in the artwork must be either embedded or supplied as part of the packaged artwork.
  • Colour:
  • All images must be saved in CMYK colour format only (not RGB or Pantone colours).
  • Ads set up in 'Black' only or Greyscale are allowed (although using colour is encouraged).

Resolution:

  • Any images/photos used in the artwork must be a minimum of 250dpi at 100% size.

Fonts:

  • Should be converted to 'outlines' or 'paths' (OR packaged and supplied with the ad).

Please ensure:–

  • Ads are set up to the correct size.
  • All associated files and fonts are supplied with the ad.
  • A hard copy proof OR PDF proof of the ad is supplied with the artwork file.
