1) TEAM PHOTO

Good quality team photo must be supplied
Size: 150mm W x 100mm H approx
Resolution: 250dpi at 100%
Colour: CMYK or RGB
File Formats accepted: TIF, JPEG, EPS or PSD
Image Compression: files should be saved to ‘Best Quality’ NOT ‘Lowest File Size’
File Size: Up to 10mb

2) TEAM LOGO

Good quality team logo artwork for high quality printing must be supplied
File Formats accepted: PDF, EPS, Illustrator, PhotoShop (CC2015 is ok), TIFF & JPEG (must be High Resolution)
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher files will NOT be accepted (convert to ‘Press Ready’ PDF in CMYK colour format)
GIF, PNG files will NOT be accepted (any files grabbed from a webpage will also NOT be accepted.)
Size: 50mm x 50mm approx (size can be adjusted by the Tournament Graphic Designer if required)
Resolution: 250dpi at 100%
Colour: preferably CMYK (RGB also accepted)
- If available please also supply Pantone SPOT colour version for use on merchandise.
Image Compression: files should be saved to ‘Best Quality’ NOT ‘Lowest File Size’
File Size: Up to 10mb

3) TEXT

Team Line Up (including absentees) + approximately 90 words (maximum) of descriptive text; OR...
No Team Line Up and approximately 180 words (maximum) of descriptive text
Files can be accepted via email, USB, CD/DVD or FTP upload/download - please contact Tamika for details.

Don’t let your team be the only one in the book without a photo or information.
Organise your photo, logo and text and send it through ASAP!
